What we collect
When you accept our agreement, we collect your name, business name, email address, acceptance of agreement version 1.0 and a submission timestamp. The form service may also process technical information needed to submit and protect the form.
Why we collect it
We use this information to establish and document your acceptance of our terms, manage the proposed customer relationship, and maintain appropriate business records. Our lawful bases include taking steps to enter a contract, performing a contract, and legitimate interests in keeping evidence of agreements and resolving disputes.
Who handles the information
We use Formspree to receive the form submission and Microsoft Outlook to receive associated notifications. Our payment provider, SumUp, processes payment information on its own checkout page under its privacy terms. Provider processing may involve transfers outside the UK subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention
We retain customer agreement and associated payment records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, legal compliance and handling potential disputes. We periodically review records and delete them when no longer needed.
Your rights
